Sammy Sosa retired yesterday, after being out of baseball for years.  Is it possible to leave something when you haven’t been wanted in that long?  If so, then I’d like to announce that I’m leaving my ex-girlfriend.  It was a tough decision, even after she broke up with me 2 years ago and stopped returning my phone calls.  I just think this relationship has run it’s course, so I’m leaving you.  Thank you.  <fanhouse>

As crappy as the NBA was last night, it’s hard as hell to even find a mention of the Stanley Cup finals.  This isn’t shocking.  Pitt evened the series at 2 a piece.  <espn>
