Brian Giles Makes Consistent Contact

 Noooo!!! Run for your life little girl!

Brian Giles, outfielder and apparent douche for the San Diego Padres, likes to beat his women.  I don’t mean, haha “to the moon” type stuff, I mean haha, I punched you in the mouth and now I’m watching you bleed type stuff.  I don’t know why I laughed at the second one… damn TV.  One of those women is now suing him for $10 million and Giles has come out publicly saying the suit is “all about the money.”

Hmmmm, some lady you battered wants $10 million.  That is an amount of money, so yeah I guess it is all about the money.  I mean, she didn’t ask for her health back, or even the baby you reportedly beat out of her, so yeah it’s all about the money.  Interesting that the sum asked for is almost exactly what Giles was paid in 2008.  This woman obviously did her homework because there’s no way in hell I’d have guessed this 37 year old has been was pulling in that kind of bank. 

Giles adds that his “focus will be on baseball just as it has been throughout my entire career.”  This doesn’t bode well for whoever he’s currently dating because this doesn’t sound like he’s planning on changing anything.  Watch for him to have a break-out first half, then while he’s being interviewed at the All-Star game, when asked how he stays so focused, he responds: “I keep to my routine, go to bed by 10 on gamedays, up by 8, a healthy breakfast, rough my girlfriend up to get my blood pumping, then it’s on to BP… wait, I mean… ah damn it what does a non-serial abuser do in the morning?”

You left out the part where you mention that it was her fault. Either you’re getting soft, or it’s so obvious you felt it unnecessary to mention.

Since it’s Christmas I’ll hope for the ladder.
