The NCAA has ruled that the best receiver in college football, OSU’s Dez Bryant, will not be allowed to return to play this year.  There are a few factors in this equation, but they’re weighted by importance.  Bryant acted stupid - 2 percent.  Deion Sanders is shady - 1 percent.  The NCAA is vindictive, petty and spiteful - 97 percent.  <espn>
