Pacman Targets Next Victim

ESPN better go into witness protection
Adam Jones has been a model citizen over the past couple of months… you know relatively… but that didn’t stop the Dallas Cowboys from getting all retroactive on his ass. The cornerback/return man was released yesterday (wait, don’t they have a playoff game to prepare for- oh right) possibly because of an ESPN report that Jones was involved in another nightclub shooting, this time in Atlanta.
Bootlegger Sports was unable to reach Jones for comment but assumed he would say “I be on that kryptonite, straight up on that kryptonite, if you want me you can find me in the A.”
The real kick in the ass for Pacman is that he allegedly hired another man to shoot at a group he had an altercation with, but no one has any real proof and it all happened while he was under contract with the Titans. So essentially, Jerry Jones is giving him the boot because of poor reporting by the Atlanta media. Had this come out when it happened, it would have blown over by now, but ESPN digs it up a year and a half later, and the Cowboys get all shitty.
Pacman says he is hiring someone to take care of ESPN now too. This time the weapon of choice will be a fountain pen and attache case. He’s going to sue them, you see. Like with a lawyer.
Pacman also is denying the whole thing and saying he’s innocent and it’s been my experience that people in these situations always tell the truth so I’m a little confused. ESPN’s Outside the Lines supposedly will clear everything up on Sunday when their piece about the incident airs. Pacman probably won’t see it because he’ll have been out late not shooting people at a strip club.
