Yo...Yeah, dis is Plax... Yeah I fucked up again...

Plaxico Burress has a trial scheduled to begin tomorrow to… blah blah blah breach of contract… blah blah blah damages… blah blah blah criminal activity… blah blah blah underage girls?

Apparently Plax was given a car in exchange for autographs he never signed, failed to return it, and… Jesus I’m already bored with this story.  Of course he didn’t return the car, or sign autographs. The dealer guy should feel lucky there wasn’t a dead 13-year-old girl in the trunk, but then again Burress lent it to someone else, so I guess there’s an explanation for this.

I propose a moratorium on Plaxico stories until he does something news-worthy  that’s lawful/ good for society.  Like not raping a passed-out girl at a party, or like holding an old lady up while she crosses a busy street, rather than just holding an old lady up for her social security cash.

These “Plaxico goes to court” stories are getting a bit formulaic.

If you’re actually bored enough to care about this particular incident go to a reputable source to learn more.  If you want to read dick jokes continue to check bootleggersports.com.

UPDATE:  Plax’s lawyer says he was not involved in a shooting in the Bronx in 2005 that subsequently led to the impounding of the vehicle mentioned above.  Sure his lawyer has to say that, because he’s his lawyer.  That’s his job.

But he makes a pretty good argument.  There were shots fired and Plaxico didn’t get shot.  Therefore he obviously didn’t pull the trigger.  Case closed.
